Sir Joe Bossano is heading to London to speak about Gibraltar’s economy and the future of the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation.
He’s been invited to address an event marking the CTO’s 125th anniversary.
The organisation is the oldest telecommunications body in the Commonwealth.
