The European Parliament is expected to vote on the Gibraltar Treaty on 14 December.

The Parliament’s Legislative Observatory currently lists the agreement as “awaiting committee decision”, with 14 December shown as the indicative plenary sitting date.

If MEPs give their consent, the treaty can then move to the final stage of EU approval, with the Council formally concluding the agreement before it enters into force.
